Make sure you have my ‘Essential English for travellers’ handbook in your luggage, and don’t forget to practice the phrases before coming!
You’re going to love your camp, but not just because of me and the location ;). You’ll make new like-minded friends who are passionate about English and discovering new places! Visit the camp forums to get acquainted with everyone before meeting them for real during the camp!
We have a few fun activities over the camp, so help Nic-sensei prepare! Before the weekend of the camp, send Nic-sensei 3 interesting facts about yourself. They can be anything, but the sillier the better. For example, Nic-sensei might write these 3 things about himself:
There will be lots of you on the first day. So, what better way to learn about each other than to do a self-introduction! Don’t worry, it can be short and sweet. If possible though, bring something that you can talk about. It can be something small, like a picture, so you don’t have to worry about not having enough space in your suitcase! I’ll be talking about one of my most prized possessions
With this rare boot camp style learning experience, we hope you gain some knowledge at least required to have the most fun!
