	When instructors revise customers' English, no matter how many errors an instructor finds, just scan the assignment and underline all errors first, then pick only 5 to 6 errors and explain why you corrected the errors. Although it depends on which course is chosen, you have usually 10 to 20minutes to correct an assignment. You can easily understand our correction methodology by taking our simulation test (trial). Q: How can an instructor make sure what a customer tried to write? A: FE provides an original text in English which says what a customer tried to write.

	Correction Criteria
	Instructors will spend 15 minutes correcting each assignment. This translates to roughly five errors per assignment. Therefore, they must prioritize by addressing the errors that are most blatant, and which impede clear communication. Keep in mind that the ultimate goal of this correcting service is to teach natural-sounding English, eliminating the errors and phrasing mistakes that non-native speakers tend to make. But it is also important that we proceed gradually taking short, deliberate steps in order to reach our customers' goal. Given the 15-minute time limit, scan the assignment first and pick out the five most important errors. Don't worry about correcting everything. The same mistakes will probably come up on later assignments. Always be clear and concise. If something is a little awkward, but can still be understood, skip it for a more serious error. If there's time left over, you can always come back to it. Time permitting, at the end of the five sentence corrections and explanations, a short overall summary stating the impression of the translation should be given. The aim for most of our students is to become more fluent and natural sounding. Therefore, it is important for them to understand how their sentences sound to a native English-speaker.

	Course Lineups
	FE has 3 service lineups. 1) One Coin A customer is given one to three Japanese sentences. He/ She translates it into English. An Instructor revises it within 15 to 20minutes. Instructors scan all errors and mark them and pick two to three serious errors and give explanations to all of the chosen errors. Fe's services are intentionally set at competitive prices. There may be customers who choose this course that are skeptical about the quality of our services. Therefore, delivering high-quality service to such customers is essential fo their retention and to expand our customer base and to grow. Briefly, give an overall impression about the assignment at the end of your correction. 2) Standard A customer is given four to six Japanese sentences. He/ She translates it into English. An Instructor revises it within 15 to 20minutes. Instructors scan all errors and mark them and revise most of the errors and give explanations to 5 to 6 serious errors. Briefly, give an overall impression about the assignment at the end of your correction. 3) Essays In this course, customers aren't given any materials or themes. Customers can write whatever they like, usually up to 5 to 6 sentences long. Sometimes instructors are not able to comprehend what customers want to express. In this case, instructors should attempt to guess what the customer wishes to express and make corrections appropriately. The time allotted for your corrections is same as for the Standard Course. Instructors scan all errors and mark them and revise most of the errors and give explanations to 5 to 6 serious errors. Give your overall impression about an assignment briefly at the end of your work.
