Tartiflette (4 servings)<\/p>\n

1kg potatoes
\n2 onions
\n1 clove garlic
\n200g bacon
\n1 tbsp olive oil
\n200ml white wine
\n500g camembert\/reblochon cheese
\n150ml milk (or cream)
\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n

1.
\nPreheat oven to 200\u00b0C. Cut potatoes into 2cm-dices and boil for 10minutes.
\nDrain and let cool.<\/p>\n

2. Mince onions and garlic. Roughly chop bacon. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium fire and saute bacon and onions for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and continue to fry for another 2 minutes. Pour white wine and let it cook for a few more minutes.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

3. Add half of the potato slices to a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and top with half of the bacon-onion mixture. Layer over half the sliced cheese and repeat the process with the rest of ingredients. Cover with milk and bake at 200\u00baC for 30\u201340 minutes, until the top is golden.<\/p>\n
