Ok!! It\u2019s official!! I have to go on a diet!!<\/p>\n

Why? Well.. .. .. , I guess I am FAT!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
There!! I said it!!<\/p>\n
People around me don\u2019t say it in those exact words!<\/p>\n
They\u2019re much more polite!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
They go with: \u201cwell-rounded,\u201d \u201cpretty and plump,\u201d \u201ca little chunky,\u201d<\/p>\n
and oh.. .. .. the one I like most is \u201cyou\u2019re not THAT big!\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Oh well!!!<\/p>\n
No matter what words are used to describe \u2018me,\u2019 I can\u2019t get around the fact<\/p>\n
that I am NOT skinny!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I knew I needed to diet, but it\u2019s NO FUN!!<\/p>\n
I was having a hard time getting started when my doctor gave me a friendly push!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
His words when I went to see him the other day were:<\/p>\n
\u5c11\u3057\u305a\u3064\u3067ok\u3060\u304b\u3089\u9811\u5f35\u308d\u3046\uff01<\/p>\n
When he followed with;<\/p>\n
\u30e0\u30ea\u3057\u306a\u304f\u3066\u3044\u3044\u304b\u3089\uff01<\/p>\n
I was ready to go!!<\/p>\n

Over the next 2 months, a couple of kilos have got to go!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Now, when my friends (and family) are enjoying sweets, snacks,<\/p>\n
and basically any kind of \u201cextra food,\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve gotta go with:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Japanese: \u3054\u3081\u3093\uff01\u3000\u30c0\u30a4\u30a8\u30c3\u30c8\u4e2d\uff01<\/p>\n
English:\u00a0\u00a0 Sorry! I\u2019m on a diet!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Japanese: \u7518\u3044\u3082\u306e\u63a7\u3048\u3066\u308b\u3093\u3067\u3059\uff01<\/p>\n
English:\u00a0\u00a0 I\u2019m cutting back on sugar!<\/p>\n

I then tell myself \u6211\u6162\uff01\u3000\u6211\u6162\uff01<\/p>\n
You can do this!!<\/p>\n

SO\u2026\u2026\u2026I am really watching those calories!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I also ordered myself a \u2018walking\u2019 DVD!!<\/p>\n
(no heavy exercise for medical reasons)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve gotta get this body moving!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I know there has got to be someone out there just waiting to<\/p>\n
Learn \u2018DIET\u2019 words in English!! HaHa!!<\/p>\n
